As a Project Scheduler Associate for Italy, Estefanía assists the project management team in developing and maintaining schedules, analyzing dependencies and critical paths, and ensuring compliance with project objectives and deadlines. She works closely with project teams to anticipate challenges and optimize the project’s timeline.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Estefanía spent two years at General Electric Renewable Energy as a project scheduler, supporting the development of offshore and onshore wind turbine projects. She then worked as a Project Scheduler Officer at Fusion for Energy, managing complex timelines for the manufacturing of plasma-facing components for the ITER project, a cutting-edge fusion energy endeavor.. Estefanía started her career as a project scheduler on construction sites working on building projects, office towers, infrastructure and industrial plants.
Estefanía holds a Civil Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Management and Planning of Civil Engineering. Her academic background equipped her with expertise in project coordination, scheduling, resource management, and critical analysis, providing a solid foundation for her career in project planning and execution.
