The Goleta offshore wind project will be located outside protected natural spaces and maritime traffic, in the bay of Santa Marta in front of the city of Santa Marta, department of Magdalena, with a distance from the coast between 5-27km. Pre-feasibility was obtained in August 2021, with 85% of the approvals from agencies required by Dimar. This floating offshore wind farm will include 55 turbines.
