As Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Christian is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategy at the corporate level. He serves as a global lead, providing support to local teams in establishing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholder organizations. Furthermore, he represents BlueFloat Energy in various coalitions, platforms, and other fora that involve a wide range of stakeholders at the international and cross-border levels.
Christian brings several years of consultancy experience to the role, having supported organizations across diverse sectors, including renewable energies, pharmaceutical and mobility, in designing and executing their stakeholder engagement, government affairs, and communications strategies. Beyond that, during his time as Project Manager at Atrevia, he advised the joint venture of BlueFloat Energy and Sener in Spain on public affairs and stakeholder engagement strategy with the view of earning a social license for their projects. By collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners, he contributed towards the alignment of stakeholders from different organizations through a transparent and proactive approach, which proved effective in fostering trust throughout the early development phase.
Christian holds a degree in Political and Economic Science, as well as Spanish Philology, from the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen, and a Master in Strategic Corporate Communication from the UPF Barcelona School of Management.
