Discover BlueFloat Energy’s vision for the deployment of offshore wind in the Philippines
The Philippines continues to be on the spotlight for our team, who also had the opportunity to participate in the “Knowledge and Capacity Enhancement Training Program for Energy Journalism” seminar, organized by the Philippine Energy Press Corps in collaboration with the Department of Energy Philippines (DOE), Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Philippines), and other key stakeholders. BlueFloat Energy’s Head of Sourcing and Ports, Walid Oulmane, joined remotely to present the critical role ports play in offshore wind development as well as BlueFLoat Energy’s approach to ports infrastructure development. During the panel discussion, Armando Gamboa Jr. highlighted the collaborative efforts of BlueFloat Energy and other industry leaders to accelerate the clean energy transition through offshore wind power. This seminar provided a valuable platform for dialogue among government, industry, academia, and civil society, fostering collaboration to promote renewable energy.
