As Health & Safety Manager for Italy Projects and part of the broader BlueFloat Energy | Nadara Partnership team, Jonathan is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the health and safety strategy across the Italian portfolio. Jonathan works closely with all the relevant teams across the project lifecycle to maximize H&S performance and drive execution of the management system, creating a high-performing safety culture within the project teams.
Jonathan is a professional with 18 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment. He started his professional career in 2006 upon graduation from the Industrial Technical Institute and serving HSE roles in Oil & Gas field such as Project HSE Manager for Rosetti Marino shipbuilding division and for JV Skema-Tozzi Kashagan LERs/PUBs project, HSE Consultant for CREA and H&S Manager with RSPP appointment for COSMI Group. From 2016 Jonathan managed several overseas steel plant construction projects with DANIELI, implementing the HSE management system in multicultural environments. Most recently he has worked for Ingeteam Italy leading HSE Department for onshore PV, EV, BESS and Wind projects and driving the company to obtain ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification.
Over the course of his career, Jonathan has earned various certifications, such as like Health & Safety Manager, Health & Safety Trainer, Health & Safety Internal Auditor and GWO BST.
