The Nadara – BlueFloat Energy partnership in Italy is proud to participate in the “Accademia dell’Energia del Mare” (Academy of Offshore Energies), a postgraduate training program designed for young professionals aged 22 to 29 who aspire to build a career in the offshore wind industry. This innovative Academy is the result of a collaboration between the offshore association AERO and ELIS training center, and it was officially launched this week in Rome.

Our goal is to equip young talents with the knowledge and skills necessary for a successful career in the offshore sector, offering them the chance to gain valuable, paid experience within our company. We strongly believe that the future of offshore development in Italy depends on well-prepared, enthusiastic young professionals, and this Academy provides a unique opportunity to discover and nurture such talent,” said Ksenia Balanda, Country Manager Italy at BlueFloat Energy and General Manager of the Nadara – BlueFloat Energy partnership in Italy.
