Very productive couple of days at BlueFloat Energy´s headquarters in Madrid as we are hosting our Europe Country Managers to discuss and align on the priorities for 2024, which is expected to be a critical year for BlueFloat Energy and a tipping point for the offshore wind industry we are building together.
This gathering has proven to be an excellent opportunity to coordinate activities between the corporate and local teams, share best practices and lessons learnt, further contributing to strengthening and integrating BlueFloat Energy´s fast-growing global team of experts. At BlueFloat Energy, we place our #energyshapers at the core of our success strategy and we cherish every moment with them, this is why there was also quality time together creating personal bonds in a social setting.
As these few days of strategy and collaboration draw to a close, the team is ready for what promises to be a year full of offshore wind advancements in Europe and beyond!
