As Director WTG and O&M, Adela is leading at the corporate level the technical activities related to wind turbine technologies, including those that are currently available in the market and potential next generation machines expected to be developed in the coming years. She has the responsibility for defining our operation and maintenance strategies globally.
Adela brings over ten years of experience in wind energy, originally in onshore and most recently in offshore wind.,. She started her career in a multidisciplinary consulting firm Solute, which delivers comprehensive services across all stages of wind project development with a strong focus on WTG dynamics, component design, certification and troubleshooting of operational assets. Later, she moved closer to maritime industry by joining Metalock as a technology advisor responsible for strategic development. Finally, she worked for two years in the corporate team of Ocean Winds, namely on the floating offshore wind projects of the company, focusing on technical due diligence of WTG technology, WTG-substructure integration, market projections and evaluation of the operational data received from all wind farms.
Adela hold n MSc degree in industrial engineering from the Technical University of Madrid (UPM).
