As a Junior Engineer at BlueFloat Energy, Álvaro provides corporate support to the local teams by coordinating activities and studies related to floating foundations. He is also responsible for analysing different floating technologies and their technical requirements and constraints, while considering potential project risks and opportunities. In addition, Álvaro contributes to the engineering initiatives at the corporate level to optimize the evolution of our global portfolio.
Prior to joining the company on a fulltime basis, Álvaro had completed an internship at BlueFloat Energy, supporting various initiatives within the corporate technical team, based in Spain and Australia, while finalizing his Master’s studies.
Álvaro holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Comillas Pontifical University – ICAI.
