As Engineering & Supply Chain CAD Associate at BlueFloat Energy, Pablo Tirados is responsible for building detailed 3D models, as well as producing 3D animations and renders to enable better visualization of design processes and to improve overall understanding of the structural design for each of BlueFloat Energy’s projects under development.
Before joining BlueFloat Energy, Pablo played a pivotal role in the design of fabrication engineering processes for various structures in bottom-fixed offshore wind farm projects. These structures included monopiles, jackets, transition pieces, and more, contributing to major projects such as Dieppe Le Tréport, East Anglia Three, Moray West, Vineyard Wind, Baltic Eagle, St. Brieuc, East Anglia One, Wikinger, Nissum Bredning, and Merkur.
In addition, Pablo holds extensive expertise in the design of the fabrication engineering of floating offshore wind structures, including spar and semi-submersible designs. His experience includes serving as the Lead Drafter for major projects like Hywind Scotland, WindFloat Atlantic, and Kincardine.
His technical proficiency is further supported by an Advanced Technician Diploma as a Higher Technician in Mechanical Manufacturing Design.
