BlueFloat Energy at Invest Ilocos Norte 2024!
BlueFloat Energy Philippines was delighted to participate in this year’s Invest Ilocos Norte, an investment conference that was held last August 22, 2024, at Ascott Bonifacio Global City Manila, Taguig City. The objective of the event was to spotlight the province as a premier destination for business partnerships and transformation. According to Gov. Matthew Marcos Manotoc, Ilocos Norte would be an ideal place for investments and partnerships due to the province’s strategic location, robust infrastructure, local investor incentives, and streamlined processes for businesses.
BlueFloat Energy was invited to this conference as one of the key investors to discuss the company’s role in boosting the province’s position as a leader in Renewable Energy development in the country. As part of the program, BlueFloat Energy local team participated in the breakout session where they presented their experience of working with Ilocos Norte, along with the current developments, challenges, and opportunities in the Offshore Wind projects in the province.
We are thrilled to be part of Ilocos Norte’s journey towards becoming not only a hub for renewable energy, but also for other businesses and industries! Ilocos Norte/Cagayan is one of the four offshore wind development sites that BlueFloat Energy is developing in the Philippines together with Bataan, Batangas and Southern Mindoro.
