Armando Politi, Country Manager for Colombia at BlueFloat Energy, participated as a speaker at the South America Offshore Wind Congress 2024, where he shared BlueFloat Energy’s vision on early development and Colombia’s regulatory frameworks compared to other offshore markets.
Colombia is adopting a two-stage development model, similar to those of the UK, Australia, and New Zealand, though with some differences in its phases.
