Head of Organizational Development
As Head of Organizational Development at BlueFloat Energy, Adina Dorneanu is in charge of the operational aspects of the company and managing the key services and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of the organization. She also oversees human resources and financial management activities, as well as the operational aspects of setting up the company’s presence in new geographies.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, Adina worked in Service Sales Management for Huawei, one of the leading multinational companies in the telecom industry, where she liaised with colleagues in different countries for service sales follow-up and support to the service bidding team in relation to new opportunities. She was part of the due diligence and negotiations team that closed the first managed services contract of the company in Europe.
Adina brings to the company excellent management and organizational skills, which are key for her role. Furthermore, she has valuable professional and personal cross-cultural experience in addition to being fluent in four languages.
Adina holds a BA hons in Business Studies from Thames Valley University, Reading, UK and a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business Management from Al. I. Cuza University, Iasi, Romania.
