As Senior Legal Counsel, José is responsible for all BlueFloat Energy’s legal issues related to M&A, transaction structuring and contractual matters, supporting the General Counsel across our global portfolio of companies.
Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy, José was Senior Legal Counsel at Solarig Global Services supporting the company in the development of solar PV projects worldwide (UK, Australia, LATAM, Spain). He previously served as an in-house Legal Counsel at Maxam, a global technology company specializing in energetic materials and was Head of Legal at Abengoa Research, a company focused on R&D and Innovation. He started his career at Indra, a leading global technology and consulting company.
Building on this extensive experience, José has become a multidisciplinary business-oriented lawyer with expertise in a wide range of complex matters both at national and international level.
José is a member of the Madrid Bar Association -Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid-. He holds a Bachelor Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain) and a Master’s degree in Company Law from IE Law School (Spain).
