As Treasurer Associate at BlueFloat Energy, Marcos is in charge of supporting a range of activities related to managing the financial resources and ensuring the efficient operation of the treasury functions within the group such as cash management, banking relations and payment processing.
Marcos brings more than six years of experience in Finance.he started his professional career as Procurement Specialist in EDP, later as Junior Auditor at KPMG. Marcos started specializing in Treasuryat DuPont, serving as ASPAC/EMEA Cash Forecaster and Treasury Systems Analyst, coordinating the Systems area in two M&A projects, while developing continuous improvements in the department’s internal and external processes. Prior to joining BlueFloat Energy , he has been a part of the Finance team in Iris Global as Treasury Analyst developing the company’s international payment structure.
Marcos holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad de Oviedo, as well as a degree in International Business Communication from the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan).
