Matt is Legal Manager for the BlueFloat Energy | Renantis Partnership. He is part of the legal team that has responsibility for all legal matters across the portfolio of UK offshore wind projects, ensuring robust management of legal risks, identification of opportunities and the provision and oversight of legal support across a wide range of disciplines from land and consenting to construction, grid, governance and route to market arrangements.
A governance and banking solicitor by background, Matt has been working in the renewables industry for the past 6 years most recently with EDF Renewables working on onshore projects and UK governance.
Matt lives in Aberdeen in Scotland and is a qualified solicitor with an Honours degree in Law.
